Looks like at least one case maker is pretty content on Apple releasing a smaller iPad, as cases are already starting to pop up. Over the years we've seen many cases of supposed then unreleased iOS devices; some of them like the iPad 2 and New iPad have been pretty accurate, while others are just flops.
These new images come to us from DeviceWear, which depict a model of the rumored smaller iPad along with one of their cases. Interestingly enough, DeviceWear has removed the web page of their cases; now you just get a “Not Found” error. Check em out below:
With them taking the page down so fast, it's puzzling to what this means. It could be that (like we saw with Case-Mate) DeviceWear is just trying to bring some extra media attention to their website and company. I won't put it past them or any company for that matter, but if this was their plan I say well played. It obviously worked.
It also could be that the posting of the product was a mistake, which was caught quickly. If you look at the device in the case, you'll see it has the rumored features the smaller iPad is expected to have. Such as the smaller dock connector, backside mic, and so on.
What do you make of these images?

It's hard to tell of course if this is legit or not, but a smaller iPad may be a fun product to have for those that want a smaller version of an iPad, but not something as small as an iPhone. If priced right it would take a big bite out of the smaller tablets out there. zoogue.com/new-ipad-leather-cases/
