As many of you already know, Absinthe 2.0 was released yesterday and has been a very solid jailbreak tool. The Chronic Dev Team released an update bringing the tool up to v2.0.1 to address some minor bug fixes.
Although it has been very stable so far, some users have been experiencing a “lockdown” error. You may have gotten errors like “Error detecting device (lockdown error -5)” and “Could not connect to lockdown.” Well, we’ve got you covered and know a simple solution…
All you have to do is head over to Settings > General > Reset > and Reset All Content And Settings. You can than go ahead and use Absinthe 2.0.1 to jailbreak your idevice with no problems.
This should solve any issues you may be experiencing. However, you can always head over to our forums if you need any help figuring something out.
