ipod touch 4g freezes for 3-4 second after i slide to unlock

guyz my ipod touch freezes after i slide 2 unlock bt its for around 4-6 seconds , den it recovers , bt it freezes almost everytym when i slide 2 unlock , my ipod is jailbroken , untethered 5.1.1 nd da problem was before also when i was using untethered jailbreak of ios 5.0.1 , nd i havn't installed any other cydia apps expect app sync , plz help me

First I would restore from backup via iTunes to see it that fixes problem
Next would be to restore to factory defaults, also via iTunes, and then sync.
If those do not solve problem I would say it is a hardware problem and you should either call AppleCare or make an appointment at the Genius Bar of your local Apple Store.

its a ram related issue
due to its small amount there is no much free ram available after unlocking the device so the system have to close unused apps ruining in background to restore to the winter-board
there was a method to clean up un-needed services to gain more free ram but u have to be expert to do it
otherwise u could damage ur device
