iOS 4 features on iOS 3

Hi Everyone.

I'm returning back to my iPod Touch 1st Gen after having enough of my Archos 70, so I came from XDA Devolopers!

Since my iPod can only be updated to iOS 3 (Since Apple ended support for iPod 1st Gen) I was wondering if it is possible to get iOS 4 or iOS 5 features (Folders, Multitasking, Wallpaper) on iOS 3, without jailbreak?

I have tried Whited00r before, but I don't like how you have to jailbreak!

No and it doesn't work well anyway the system would lag a lot

without jailbreak there is no chance
whited00r or blackd00r is the only possibility to make this what you want.
or
you could also jailbreak your device and search for ios4 features in cydia.
