Ipod Touch 4G (A1367) stuck in recovery mode (USB-Itunes LOGO)

I have got no information about the "firmware" & "Baseband"

Main Reason of problem: "went off due to low battery charge".
    - I tried to reboot using redsn0w but no success.
    - Then, used "TinyUmbrella", mistakenly Ipod went to Recovery Mode.
    - Now can't get out the recovery mode.

    Please Help!

Does the tinyumbrella 'exit recovery' not work?

I think you are in a recovery mode loop. Do a recovery fix using redsn0w or tinyumbrella, it will solve the issue.

SHOULD as it doesn't ALWAYS! I had one and nothing would get it out of that loop. I ended up having to flash a fresh firmware to it again to get it working

If you are trying to use a custom IPSW to restore you need to use an older version of iTunes as 11.1 or higher will not let you use custom IPSW.
