    I haven't touch much of the theme.
    And the tweaks I used, I don't remember much off hand.
    But let me write down what I remember:

    Font:Bytafont - klill
    Dock: infinidock
    Ayecon & Ayecon weather theme
    IntelliscreenX
    Calendar Pro for NC
    NCsetting
    Wall switcher
    and other stuffs I don't remember. lol

    by searching through cydia and getting the one I want to use.
    (tapping on sections, then search through things I want to change, for example if it's the wall paper, search under wall paper section)
