iPhone4, Stuck in DFU Mode...HELP

my iPhone4, Stuck in DFU Mode...Please HELP
It was on 4.0.2 BB 01.59.00
I tried to install Cutom 4.1. but Itune was givigng error, 3194, I tried via iREB but still 3194 Error.
Now I tried tinyumbrella and iREB at the same time and Installed 4.1 Custom, but after completing set restarted but gone in DFU Mode...........
Now it is in DFU mode
please help me to solve my problem.
remember that I am on carrier lock.......... i used ultrasnow to unlock it.
So I can not install official firmwares
...

Is it stuck in DFU or restore? Do you see the connect to itunes symbol? Just hold home and sleep at the same time till you see the Apple logo. That gets it out of DFU for me if I mess up the steps on redsn0w

it stuck in DFU mode.
i tried pressing sleep+home to restart but didnt got any thing only sound comes from pc of diconecting and connecting of usb and it is again in DFU.
No apple logo
No iTune Logo.
I tried redsnow, recboot,iReb,TinyUmbrella ........all tools.
Limera1n, green p0ision
greenp0ision made it white screen but nothing else. and after a couple of minutes it goes to black DFU Mode again..........

Once redsnow started it, I updated cydia, unlocked and restarted it again via redsnow(just boot tethered now) it was working fine but as i kept it on my desk it gone into sleep mode and when i tried to wakeup it from sleep, i found it is in DFU mode again............
my SHSH are only saved 4.2.1 and +.
I started tinyumbrella and started TSS Server and also iREB at the same time and restored my iDevice with custom 4.1 with out any error( Error 3194 and 1600 and 1601 passed). iTune on PC was showing all restoring process but iPhone Display was black blank.......then after finalizing iTune told me that my set is going to be restarted after comleting restore,...
after all iPhone screen was black and blank all the time, iTune again told me that my set is started also set given me sound of connecting it to pc(Sound from set, not the sound from PC) and iTune asked from me to restore it from back or new phone, I told it New Phone and it started syncyng and completed...
Then it was showing all things in iTunem capacity, Serial No, iOS Version etc.... but sets display was black and blank.............................
please help me to restore it before 10th February............

Fix Error 3194
The fix is the same regardless of what operating system you are using:

Quit iTunes
1- Locate your hosts file, in Mac OS X this is /etc/hosts and in Windows this is c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
2- Open the hosts file with Administrator privileges
3- Add the following lines to the very bottom of the hosts file:
74.208.105.171 gs.apple.com
4- Connect your iPhone to the computer
5- Launch iTunes
60 Put the iPhone/iPad/iPod into DFU mode by turning the phone off and then holding down the sleep and power button for 10 seconds, then release the power button but hold onto the home button until iTunes tells you that the device is now in recover mode Use the iTunes Restore feature as usual with the iOS device

6- start restoring

Dear Mahmood I have upgraded it with 4.1 custom but it is in dfu mode and have black and blank screen at all.
No other display there.
I don't need iOS 4.2.1 if my set start working.
And will iPad BB work on iPhone 4?
