Exclamation Stuck on apple boot logo

After trying to set my own sms background and failing, I decided to reboot my device and found my iphone 4 stuck on the apple logo. I have tried deleting the SMS wallpaper folder I put in the theme through ssh but no luck.

Hard reset (home button + unlock button) >> nope

I tried to restore my phone to a custom no baseband upgrade 5.1.1 but end up getting error 2005 on every computer I use.
I put my phone in pwned DFU mode using iReb and am using tinyumbrella. I have also unchecked the "set hosts to cydia" box and tried switching to various usb ports.

I am still searching far and wide for someone with a proper solution, hopefully someone on this forum can help me?
    Any reply is appreciated.

iPhone 4 running 5.0.1 unlocked through Gevey Ultra.

I would to restore it with a fresh copy of 5.1.1 from apple. Put it in dfu and do a shift+restore. Some times I've been able to get out of a boot loop once iTunes puts the the phone in recovery mode use TU to exit recovery. If not, just restore and continue with what your trying to do.. Hope this helps a little..

And if I remember right I believe that error -2005 is a comm error. Try a different USB port or a different cable. Also unplug any USB devices connected to your computer.

I still get the error. The only other usb device connect is my mouse and keyboard.

Reinstall iTunes and try using redsn0w to restore.

If you uninstall iTunes be sure to uninstall mobile device, application support and software update as well.
