    Help Iphone 3GS

Hi i was pid with an iphone 3gs but i have a horrible problem no signal, the wifi, bluetooth says "no wifi" and not avaiable, and i have no baseband, i only know that is ios 5.1.1 and every like 5 mins a restoration message appaer and it restarts, and again and again.

with the redsnow when i downgrade the ipad baseband in th iphone arfer all the "please wait" it says:

" LxVM::_partitionesFromConfig - Loaded configuration for 2 partitions Mounting rootfs as read only...

ERROR! Please perform a clean "slide to power o FF" and try againg"

what is a "slide to power" or a FF?
if i try to restore by itunes i get the 3194 error with a custom ios, the error 20 with a restore ios, i have done the tinyumbrella and the iREB and then itunes and i get 21 error.
in the tinyumbrella i can not save the SHSH i think that or the iphone doesn't have them or i don't know.

So mi MAIN question is: is there a way to formatting the iphone? not restoring it, erase everything and a program for install a complete ios from 0

o there is a way that i am missing?

first if all 3GS have different types, did you check your 3GS can handle the iPad baseband?

slide to turn off means, when you press power(lock) button and hold, you will see slide bar on your screen, you slide that bar to shut the device off.

If you are not willing to put some effort to it
by searching it and researching it,
then, obviously you don't need the info.
