Angry Errors 1600, 2005 and 3194 in an infinite loop

Hey guys, please some one help me!
I use to do jailbreaks and unlocks, but now I got an error and I'm stuck in it.

My previous iOS was 4.1 unlocked (i'm from Brasil) and with JB.
    My iPhone is 3GS (AT&T) 16GB, 05.12.01, new bootroom.
My itunes is 10.5.2.11 (I've downgraded it to do more tests)

I've tried to upgrade using Sn0wBreeze. Everything was right and I got the snowbreeze logo in the screen and the progress bar.
Almost happy... and then. I've got stuck. I reset and did the same process again... same problem.
At the 3 time, just BLACK screen.

Now, when I try, I got error 1600.
I've already used iReb, TinyUmbrella (TSS Server), sn0wBreeze, modified my hosts file (74.208.105.171 and 74.208.10.249).
    When I fix the 1600 error, I got the 2005. When I fix 2005, i got 3194.... when I fix 3194, I get 1600 again and so on.

So, I'm running out of possibilities. Does anyone have any ideas to help me???
    Thanks guys!
