iPhone 4 Problem when Restoring

Hey guys,
I got an used iPhone 4, jailbroken running iOS 4.2.1 with the 3.10.01 baseband.
I've been trying to restore to 5.0.1 while preserving my baseband but I keep getting the error 3194.
I tried all known fixes (Tiny Umbrella and Manual one) but I can't get it to work.
Today I noticed that on Cydia it says: SHSH: iOS 5.1
Is this normal?

You had to have had saved shsh blobs for iOS 5.0.1 otherwise it won't work, now unless you saved the shsh blobs before upgrading you'll have to upgrade to iOS 5.1.1 but fret not pod2g said the untethered jailbreak will be out in a few days.

If you need to keep the baseband make sure to always use a custom IPSW.

I bought the Phone yesterday and the previous owner had already jailbroken it.
I guess I'll just wait for the 5.1.1's untethered jailbreak.
