Cydia is free it's the apps that may or may not be, we do not support pirating on iPD if that's what your looking for.

I remember when i first started jailbreaking on my iTouch 1st gen and everything on cydia is free. But then i think when iOS 3.0 or something came out is when some stuff started costing money. But i was upset because my favorite emulators from Zodttd started costing money for the better updated versions. I cant wait to see the improvements on Zod's emulators since when i first use them till now.

no im not upset about it. i just prefered the old fashion donation which i did. i donated a decent amount to Zod way back. but i believe a certain price should be limited to apps. i like the $1 - $ 3 dollar apps. but when you get to things that are $8 plus it seems freaking ridiculous.
