2x 3gs iphone new bootrom major iSSUES help!

2 iPhones, one White 16gb, other black 32gb

What is known about both devices, is that each came from completely different people, neither had the lcd/digizer, bracket, just the rest(logic board, battery, etc etc)

The White 16gb is a new bootrom, not sure if the baseband has been upgraded/unlocked, not sure what iOS is either.

Put a front assembly in this, white iphone appears to be stuck in recovery mode.

    What I have tried:

Tiny Umbrella detects it and gives recommendation of fix recovery also no baseband is showing, do it, it goes to a screen saying about 3 or 4 greenpois0n goes through this lightning fast code and goes directly back into recovery. I have tried itunes, redsn0w, greenpois0n, snowbreeze, of various versions of 4.1 and 5.1.1 and 5.1 (shsh blobs show 4.1 and 5.1.1)

Black 32GB iphone is a New bootroom.

Phone wouldnt charge really, just enough to have the apple logo pop up and then it would show the update bar under the apple logo, it would never progress, reboot and repeat indefinitely unless u pulled it off a charge. I tried to kick it into DFU mode but it appears the power button was not working. itunes would not recognize it.

    Here's what I have tried:

I ended up pulling the 32gb logic board and throwing it into the white iphone since I knew the power button worked, got it in and successfully put it in DFU mode. hooked to tiny umbrella. showed 5.1.1 and 4.1 as far as any other information it did not show baseband or anything. tried fix recovery didnt work, tried to restore to 5.1.1 through itunes, fail. redsn0w fail, tried doing custom ipsw through itunes, fail. it is now to the plug into itunes screen and stays on that now. i have tried downgrading to 4.1 also but get errors. mainly error 20.

I have gotten errors 2005, -1, 20, 3194 with these devices when attempting recovery through itunes.

I am at a complete loss. I do not know what else to try. please advise.

-1 is a baseband error chances are its bricked, you could try and force the iPad baseband

I can understand how you need help but don't create 2 threads for the same issue.

Did you buy them knowing they're broken?

update, I attempted to re jailbreak the device and force the baseband using 5.1 and everything looked great, pineapple bars moving etc etc it finishes up and reboots to a apple screen with update bar underneath that wasnt moving, and would reset to apple logo and back to that update bar and repeat. attempted to boot tethered and and pineapple came up but then went back to that logo loop....

You need to get out of dfu power on the iPhone then power off and set into dfu and keep retrying it.

Make sure you pwn the iPhone when you get to dfu
