Help I can't open my Phone app!!

I have an Iphone 4s, jailbroke on 5.0.1 9A405. A while back my phone app stopped working it will not open and will not show the in call screen when i'm talking, it only showed a call bar, in the status bar. I can receive calls, and answer them, i can only make calls by going to my text message app and pressing call at the top. So i can't restore in iTunes, i get a 3194 error i have the latest version, and fixed the host files. I get the same error when i try to restore even in DFU. Any suggestions?
