I have a sticky for bypassing activation. I think it's in the unlocking section

    1. Use sn0wbreeze, check hactivate, create custom ipsw
    2. Shift+restore with itunes

    Thats it ?

Yes sir, once the restore is done it will still show the screen but won't need activation.

Itunes detects it as a custom recovery and wont install. The iphone would need to be in dfu not recovery mode for that to work.

You can't do that w/o a working home button
