Help with 3gs "no service" "no sim" baseband 06.15

    Hi All,

I'm trying to fix my dads iPhone, not sure what happen to cause this issue. I've spent the last 2 days searching and trying to fix this.

I have 3gs oldbootrom, ios 4.3.1 (currently), with baseband 6.15.00, and bootloader 06.04.

I tried 4.1, 4.3, 5.0, and 5.1 but I keep getting "No service" or "no sim card".

I tried custom ipsw's, tether boot, still won't work. If someone could please point me in the right direction that be great.

If he uses tmobile you'll need to also install ultrasn0w after you jailbreak, and if you didn't save the shsh blobs for your older iOS's then you have to use iOS 5.1

    Steps to take.
    1: Download latest sn0wbreeze
    2: Download iOS 5.1 ipsw
3: Open sn0wbreeze use advance user setting
    4: Create custom restore ipsw
5: Restore using iTunes and custom ipsw (ur iPhone needs to be pwn in dfu)
6: Install ultrasn0w fix listed in sticky in the carrier unlock section
    7: Install ultrasn0w
