Unlocked 4S - help to get it ready for sale

Own 2 4s which I unlocked yesterday, used them very little, and I want to sell them, but I want them to be free of any picture or video I took.
Not sure if doing a factory reset will revert or affect the jailbreak or not. I was thinking just erasing pics and video via iTunes, but if there's something better I'd love to know

Just delete them lol

And if you did a factory reset you will be updated to 5.1, losing the jailbreak

Good to know, I was erasing pics and videos manually, but i used an app to erase all the contacts at once and saved me a lot of time.
reading on the web I came across that info saying that erasing the iphone would make me loose the jailbreak, so glad I did some research and asked here to before doing anything wrong
