    Question need help iphone is permanently dissabled and i tunes refuses to restore.

    does anyone know how i can restore my iphone 4?
    i had lost my phone and some kid put a lock code in it and when i got it back my
    system was already dissabled it is an iphone 4 but i dont know what kind of firmware it is although when i connect it to itunes it wants to update and restore but the fact that its locked wont let it.
    it does not give me the option to restore or update it automatically wants to do both.

    Who's really stolen the phone here? Take it to a istore and ask them to unlock
