Waiting for activation? R-SIM with Iphone 4s

Hey guys, got my Verizon Iphone 4S 5.0 with Tmobile working with R-SIM. My iMessage is only working with the email and I can't seem how to make it send by my phone number. Does anyone know how to fix this? I followed this guide Fix iMessage/FaceTime for GEVEY users on iOS 5 preserved baseband on the tmobile website and someone told me to see if my phone is wildcardavticate or factory activated in the app SAM. I checked and all it says is activated and the person has not gotten back to me in a few days. I was wondering if anyone on this forum could help me out. Thanks in advance!

I don't use any unlock tools so can't be too sure, but in the message settings is it set to receive 2 addresses? (phone number and email?)

Hey, only my email is showing up there. I tried posting a link to guide but I can't but basically it was supposed to add my number to the list. It didn't work and I was told I needed to check my SAM activation status so I thought maybe someone on here would know the trick to getting my number to show up.

you tried it by going to Settings >Messages > Receive At (does it say 1 or 2 addresses) > Caller ID (your phone number) and what does it say under "You can be reached for messages at:"

Hey, Under receive at it only shows my apple ID, no phone number. When I try turning on show my caller ID the loading wheel just comes up and when I get out of the screen and go back it goes back to off for some reason. My number shows up under phone correctly, but it won't let me turn on show my caller ID for some reason. Could that be the problem?

Under Apple ID it should say

"You can be reached for messages at:"
    Phone
    Email
    Add Another Email...

Does it have your phone number there?

in Caller ID it then should have 2 options, your phone number, and your email.

    Is the sim card activated?

Maybe try it all again. I'm not sure, I don't mess with unlocks.
