How to fix 3194 error. [ i did everything including host file and tinyumbrella]

Hello
I am trying to update my iphone 4 to 5.0.1 when put in DFU and Shift restore 5.0.1 i get 3194 error.
I did all deleted stuff with gs. from host file. did not work, also used tinyumbrella did not work.

I can restore to 4.3.3 without any problem with itune, but when i try 5.0.1 ipsw it gaves me error 3194.

i also downloaded new ispw and tried still did not work :/

EDIT: It appears that only thing i can restore is 4.3.3 with my Ifath blobs ispw, custom ipsw with no BB is giving me error 3194.

Are you currently on or have shsh blobs for iOS 5.0.1?

You can try cydia servers but it's likely that if you didn't update to 5.0.1 when it was being signed you may not be able too.

no i don't have blobs for 5.0.1 and yes i try to restore on day of new 5.1 came out. i did not know it was going to stop signing it :/ is there anyway around it ? or do i have to wait for5.1 untethered jailbreak?

I was on 5.0.1 [ but did not saved blobs ] then i try to restore it 5.0.1 but did not work so i ended up restoring to 4.3.3
EDIT in tinyumbrella it says saved shsh 5.0.1 can i use that to make 5.0.1 signed IPSW ? if yes then what tool would be best for windows. [ ty tinyumbrella for auto saving .SHSH ]

the best way is to use and try a custom iOS 5.1 ipsw file

If it did keep your shsh files for 5.0.1 you can either use redsn0w or tiny umbrella to retrieve them and update to iOS 5.0.1

TY ALL I got back to 5.0.1 after spending 4 hr fixing all itune errors and looking serching for my shsh I am back on 5.0.1
