Welcome to iPD! You can simply plug your iPhone 4 into iTunes, back up your data, and than update to the newest iOS 5.0.1 firmware. You will lose your jailbreak when updating but you can easily re-jailbreak it again.

Here is a simple guide on how to jailbreak the iPhone 4 for iOS 5.0.1 iPhone-4 Jailbreak Wizard for Firmware 5-0-1 | iPhone-Developers

thank you very much for your replay but, i heard that if i update my iphone with jailbreak on it, i will spoil the iphone...
    is that wrong?

No. It's perfectly fine to update even if u are jailbroken. Just plug into itunes and update, it's also very simple jailbreak it again. I always update my iPhone 4 and then jailbreak it once a new jb comes out. Thank-you.
