    Advice for a rusty iPhone owner...

    Hi,

    I used to have an iPhone over a year ago, and I last jailbroke and unlocked my wife's 3G. It is running very slow at the moment.

    What is the best way to reset it and get it back to a nice working state again? Is there a way to get Cydia onto it without rejailbreaking etc and maybe use some utility to refresh the system and mak it smoother??
