Upgrade ipad 1 4.2.1 jb to 5.0.1 ?

Got another ipad that I want to give to family, it's ipad 1 fw 4.2.1, jailbroken and I wonder if it's possible to upgrade it to 5.0.1 and jb too. Would be nice to clean restore but I don't want to get 5.1.

Believe it's too late. Apple has stopped signing 5.0.1.

Cant do it.. u will get a error on a shift+update.
