add music to my music app?

i am jail broken on 5.1 and i was wondering if it would be possible to move the music files i have downloaded to a certain file for them to show up in my music app?

you mean to a certain folder or am I wrong?

The answer is no you could use an youtube downloader or itunes.
In iTunes you could define if you wnat to sync apps, music etc. or only music.
