Hi, just try this, download the latest redsn0w, if you use vista or win7, right click on the redsnow and set admin and set compatibility to win xp pack 3. After that enter redsn0w (plug in your device) and click extras and click pwned dfu button. After you had enter dfu mode. Enter itunes and try to reatore it back. 3194 is no big prob
