iPhone 4 no sound during phone call, but speaker phone and earphone jack works

I was able to use phone call even till I went to sleep yesterday night.

I woke up and received a phone call and I can't hear anything.

But speakerphone and audio via earphone jack works though.

Is there any solution..? Thank you!

    What if it's jailbroken?

If I restore via iTunes, wouldn't it break jailbreak/unlock?

once you restore all the jailbreak will be gone, but in that sense, you can bring into apple store to fix the hardware.

besides, you can always rejailbreaking after getting the phone fixed.

if you want to save the firmware do so before restoring it.

I fixed it (at least for now..)!

What I did was blew an air compressed gas (one you use it for computer keyboard and such) on the speaker next to the front camera lens and the microphone next to the earphone jack.. reboot and voila.

It seems to work. Hopefully it will work permanently

That's a common fix. The two reasons this happens the most is using knock off or non apple head phones, and or dirt and debris in the headphone jack. What happens is the phone thinks the headphones are in, therefore disabling both the speaker and mic while in a call. I'm sure you got whatever was in the head phone jack out with the compressed air. Blowing into the mic or speaker wouldn't really get the job done. Great to hear you're all fixed though.
