How much will the iPhone 5 cost?

Ever since I started getting iPhones, I've used Craigslist. But time and time again, there's always been little things I had to repair, resulting in me not saving that much money when I'm buying it used. I plan on selling my factory unlocked iPhone 4 to get the iPhone 5 when it comes out, and I just wanted to see if any avid iPhone 5 followers would know the general price range of a brand new factory unlocked iPhone 5.
