Question I need to lower my t-mobile family plan's rates!

My family has been faithful to t-mobile through and through, since the weren't even t-mobile! We have had their service since they were known as voicestream. I have been using my factory unlocked iphone 4 for a while now, and I'm afraid that I've been using a 4g plan for my iphone's edge..

I have a full family plan that has as many people as possible, and 4 of those people have a data plan. How would I go about requesting a cheapening of my family plan's rates? I have heard lots of stories about people being fed up with their t-mobile service, and when they went to request a lowering of their rates, t-mobile was hardly even hesitant to do so.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks!!

How much are the plan rates? I know they have the 50$ unlimited everything.
