    iPad Development Forum on XDA?

Hi all, I'm here from XDA. I'm trying to get some people together that would be interested in seeing an iPad development section on the XDA forums. As you know there's an iPhone section. But with growing interest in Android and other OS's running on the iPad, having the iPad section on XDA forums would be a good idea.

    Who agrees?

    I donīt
Consider this as XDA section for apple products, you will only get trolling and so.
Better to have that section in here.

How is adding another section make it prone to trolling? As long as there are mods, it's fine.

You'd think, but It's kind of like opening a OSX Tiger Thread in a Windows Forum. Oil and Water.

Not exactly what we're doing here but okay.

Are there any Android development groups I can get into for iPad? I know about OpeniBoot, but I wasn't sure if it's gone past that yet.

Android is unlike any other mobile development platform or Java-based environment. Triple Bottom Line’s Android webinar will immerse students in the Android platform, leveraging their existing Java expertise, and allowing them to walk away from the class ready to build Android GUIs and related components. On the first class you will write your first Android Activities. Through the rest of the week you will be progressively introduced to more and more of what Android has to offer – services, multitouch, and system search services. You will apply this knowledge with working code every step of the way. Be ready to work hard and learn a lot in this intensive, hands-on, five day introduction to programming with the Android platform.
