It should ask what you want: jailbreak, unlock or both.

LimeRa1n Jailbreaks iPhone 4 latest baseband. not sure about the rest but i got a brand new iPhone 4 with 4.2 installed so had both latest baseband and latest firmware and limera1n jail broke it

I think u should put instructions on how the user would know the baseband or at least a link below where one chooses the baseband since these instructions are for not experts, and most people would not know the baseband.

Baseband selection is only needed for unlocking right, or am I wrong? If the device came factory unlocked, baseband selection should not be needed. Like on "jailbreak-me.info".

Yes, When its factory unlocked chose any baseband, It won't matter (i Think )
