Converting over from andriod to iphone

Hello all iphoners, tomorrow i will be receiving my iphone 4 so i'm very excited, is there any interesting things that i show no about doing to my phone besides jailbreaking it? I am very curious to see what this iphone can do to see if it can top my andriod phone. Looking forward to seeing some great suggestions.

Jailbreaking unlocks a lot of possibilities, most you have to search the Internet for since their are many tweaks. I can suggest a few.

    IntelliscreenX
    Zypher
    NCBlurred or something like that
    Five icon dock
    Winter board
    Ayecon theme
    Sbsettings
    Spire or spite <-- Siri

I had a friend recently come back to the iPhone world after leaving it for an Android. He's very happy with it, and even has the interface of iOS "Android-like" using Infinifolders, which allows you to load an unlimited number of icons into a single folder, as his "App Drawer" and a tweak called Gridlock which allows you to place icons on the springboard anywhere on the screen.

Moreover, I highly recommend Springtomize 2 which packages TONS of springboard customizations into one nice package. I would suggest that you uninstall any tweaks that might overlap some of its capabilities including the Five Icon Dock just to be safe. If you decide to check it out, before enabling it simply check out Settings/Springtomize/More ----> Documentation to learn the huge range of settings it offers. I never used the first Springstomize, but a buddy showed me Springtomize 2 a few weeks ago and I've been hooked. Enjoy!

    Hey kdholley
iPhone 4 provides a very nice hardware and OS for a mobile device as compared to a number of android devices. You will feel the difference yourself dear.

i'll agree the battery life on android phone arent so good. my dad got me an iPad and the battery life is amazing compaired to my sgs3 but my sgs3 lasts 8hrs of heavy use at work so im good. also i have no real problems on my sgs3. in the end im no apple fan. i just use my iPad for gaming since way bigger screen and better games IMO

Is this something you need to do right away? If you've never had an iPhone, you'll definitely want to go with the 5. If you can wait until Fall, the i5s is supposed to be released in next year.

As for battery life, I've not noticed any difference between the 4 and the 4S. iOS is very smooth. Never had any lagging issues with either the 4 or the 4S.

If you've had a BlackBerry, boot time on a 'Droid or iPhone will seem insignificant.
