Does anybody use the GV SMS and Phone Extension off Cydia?

I'm thinking of getting a family member an iPhone. She already uses her Google Voice number as her primary number for calling and texting. I have found two extensions on Cydia -- gvexts.appspot.com/sms/sms.html and the phone extension is at the bottom of the page.

I was wondering if any of you have any experience with these extensions. Does it work flawlessly? Do you encounter any problems?

I used the SMS extension like 2 years ago lol. There were some bugs receiving messages, but they may have been fixed now.
I remember receiving messages out of order. And I remember not getting messages. Sometimes that was the push notification's fault, since push notifications aren't totally reliable.

I remember missing regular SMS since they were pretty much 100% reliable
