or stolen... given the benefit of the doubt, use Gecko iPhone Toolkit. It works on iPhone 3GS, iPod Touch 3G, iPod Touch 4G, iPad 1, iPhone 4(GSM), iPhone 4(CDMA), but CDMA you have to point to iPhone 4(GSM) but select the ipsw of the iPhone 4(CDMA). To use this you must download the ipsw of the device, but it has to be 5.0.1, even if the device isn't on 5.0.1 you must point the program to that ipsw. Anymore questions you can ask me through PM or whatever.

Connect to the PC it's synced to OR boot to DFU and update in Itunes.

nope i don't stole anything or forgot my passcode. i want to know how to bypass the passcode that will not use the itunes?

Put the iPhone in DFU and restore.
