iTunes USA account

Can anyone help. Being based in the UK I would like to access the USA iTunes content. Can someone from across the pond setup an iTunes account with no credit card payment if I provide an email address. I have tried various ways as found on google but I think as I have a non USA ip address it says I need to contact apple support.

I think if you have an account then you easily access from anywhere whether you are in Europe or USA..Just open the Itune which you have an account like if you made an account from USA so open USA Itune website.
