I have a few suggestions:

I have an iPad and many of the jailbreak things either don't work on it or only work on it. If it was possible I would recommend a separate forum for it.

Make a clear ban on piracy. Many people will come to this forum from Google and there is a 100% chance it will get flooded with posts like "How do I get free apps" or "How do I install Installous"

Separate the hardware forums for iPad, iPod Touch, and Apple TV. They are not even remotely alike.

Another problem I find with this is that for Android and Windows Mobile XDA had a huge head start and therefore all the developers use it. But for the iPhone there is the Dev Team, Geohot, and many more. If we could get all of them to somehow come together at iPhone Developers that would be great but many of them don't like each other so it would be interesting. All in all good luck with this site and you are doing a great job so far.

EDIT: some people requested a marketplace for iOS. I find that really redundant when you can just have a Cydia repo.

I touched upon this earlier but hardware wise (at least on the exterior) all iPod Touches are different. Also Apple TV is completely different from other iOS devices and the iPad is similar but not the same. And for the sake of confusion I think the General Help and Support thread should be called General Question and Answer. Thats just my opinion on things.
