Labor management is perhaps one of the most fundamental aspects of running a profitable business. Servicing the customer with too few people on staff and sales will be negatively impacted as customers will shop elsewhere. Staff the business with too many people and the profits of the products is quickly lost due to labor expense. The key in managing labor is finding the "sweet spot" where customer service is met with the appropriate amount of labor dollars spent.

My view regarding the time tracking software is it should have certain criteria such as track employee anywhere any time.Displays holiday hours from group holiday list. Correctly sums time per shift even when the first IN punch is on previous day.It should also be convenient for employees to punch.

Hi Tom, I think there are various companies that offer time tracking apps these days but still it all depends upon one's requirements, how easy the product is in usability terms and how efficient and productivity it generates. So, keeping in view all these, I had been using Replicon's hassle free time tracking software (replicon.com) and it has just been too hassle free and awesome cloud based application.
