    is there any possibility to program for the iOS on a windows based PC? i don't have a mac.

    Buy one with a intel pentium processor. If its a iMac or a MBP, its up to you.

    If you're just starting with programming for ios, perhaps you'd want to give a try with virtual mac os installation first (vmware for instance). Then, if you can still stand the OS & the ios programming inconsistency you can go and pay $$$$ for a mac

    I brough an iMac 2 days ago to develop the apps on. Love it best descision I have made. I will still run xp in a vm but love it

    Can anyone suggest any good books for learning to create apps for the Iphone/Ipad/Ipod? RapidShare is not the way i want to go. Looking for books, whitepapers, PDFs and such
